Job Description:

With previous demonstrated senior administration experience in an accounting firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office, as well as assisting the Managing Director with all aspects of the financial administration.

In this highly respected position you will be responsible for:
  • Maintenance of employee details, HR and OH&S
  • Orientation and training of  new employees
  • Payroll
  • Accounts payable
  • General ledger management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Database management and client records
  • Assisting partners with billings
  • Preparation and lodgement of Instalment/Business Activity Statements
  • Management reporting
  • Quarterly and annual reconciliations
  • Assisting with completion of the firm's financial statements and income tax return
  • Procurement of office furniture and equipment
  • Facilities management
To be successful in this role, you will have strong analytical skills, good communication skills and be able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
