Benjamin spent eight years with one of the largest international recruitment companies in a senior management capacity managing a range of different business units but always remaining an accomplished hands-on end-to-end recruiter. This personal success and desire to achieve more led to the creation of Benneaux, a specialist boutique recruitment consultancy made up of mature minded, knowledgeable people who possess passion, a desire for excellence and empathy.
