Job Description:

Operating on the principles and practices of embracing diversity and difference, this vibrant and dynamic law firm offers a wide range of services and seeks a leader to take the next step up. 

This hands-on role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the overall financial activities of the organisation, therefore ensuring the high level delivery of efficient accounting practices.  Key to this role will be the provision of strategic financial and business planning, management reports, annual statutory accountants and staff supervision.  You will also be responsible for the consistent improvement in the quality of services provided by the team and commitment to quality assurance concepts.

CA/CPA qualified, you will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess integrity and expertise which inspires the confidence and respect of others.  Management skills required for the position include the ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team and to ensure employee wellbeing is effectively discharged.  A strategic approach to the role combined with practical delivery and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks concurrently is required.  A mature, confident professional possessing strong personal motivation and confirmed people management leadership ability will ensure success in this senior position.
