Job Description:

As an established market leader for over 65 years, this high profile client is known as one of Australia's best in its field.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will have experience in a high volume, complex environment.  This role will give you opportunity to work in an award-winning and growing training organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Studying and interpreting relevant legislation and awards, ensuring compliance with all relevant employee legislative requirements 
  • Providing first contact for industrial relations issues
  • Providing accurate and timely industrial relations advice and award/agreement/legislation interpretation
  • Managing & process monthly payroll
  • Processing termination payments accurately
  • Processing relevant taxation and superannuation payments                 
  • Management of payroll staff
  • Implementation of payroll systems changes
  • Consolidation and development of processes and procedures
To succeed in this exciting senior position you will demonstrate an ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders with a relentless focus on customer service and thirst for knowledge and development.  You will have up to date knowledge of the national employment relations framework together with relevant practical experience in providing professional quality advice across all workplace relations matters.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
