Job Description:

As Manager you will play a part as an integral member of the Business Consulting Division being responsible for the management and administration of a client list and the leadership and development of a team of staff. In order to succeed in the role you must be technically proficient and up to date with developments in taxation law and accounting systems/processes and will readily share this expertise with staff and colleagues. You will also be competent in the areas of client service and management, business development and staff leadership.
It is essential that you can competently review client work and identify issues and opportunities to value add. You will have had previous similar exposure and have developed good working relationships with clients. Excellent staff leadership skills and the experience managing a group of people is essential and you will present professionally and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
